POSTAGE, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note the policy applies to purchases made online or by telephone (note purchases made in store are subject to the store Returns Policy which is different to purchases made online or by telephone. Ask in store for store Returns Policy).
Please note that you are entitled to cancel the contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right and notify us no longer than 10 days of receipt.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel the contract after your order has already been dispatched, we will refund the original purchase price, provided that you have returned the goods within 10 days of receipt, and provided the goods have not been used or damaged. Please do not remove tags, labels, or damage the original packaging as this will void any rights to refund or exchange. Products should be returned to us via secure mail or courier at your cost at A&R Fashions, 125 Ealing Road, Wembley, Middlesex, HA0 4BP.
We will not be responsible for goods you return that are either lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will be made within 10days of receiving returned goods in an acceptable condition.
Please note that your right to seek a refund does NOT apply to Products that are bespoke orders or have been made to measure or have been personalized to your requirements e.g. have been altered in any way.
In the event that a Product is faulty or the size needs to be changed, we will exchange it provided it is unused, does not smell of cologne and is not damaged, and if it is returned to us within 10 working days of receipt by you with all garment tags and in the original packaging. Goods for exchange should be returned to us via secure mail or courier at your cost at: A&R Fashions, 125 Ealing Road, Wembley, Middlesex, HA0 4BP. Please note that we cannot exchange any Products that are bespoke orders or have been made to measure or have been personalised to your requirements, e.g. have been altered in any way.
Please note that the original postage and packaging for your order is not refundable.
Customers will have to cover the postage and packaging costs of items returned to us for refunds or exchanges.
In the event your original order qualified for ‘free delivery’, and you decide to return any items from that order, our standard postage & packing costs will be deducted from any refund due.
